What is TEKO, the coordinator?
TEKO will coordinate the work of several Department AI Agents. It is optional: one agent also works on its own; with two agents TEKO can coordinate them, if you choose it; with three or more it orchestrates them. It will be a separate product, with its own licence. It is on the roadmap today and not for sale. Not to be confused with TEKO-01, this website's assistant, or with TEKO-AI, the business assistant.
What is a Department AI Agent?
It is a department's AI agent: a dedicated character that leads the department's Packs and delegates work to the specialist BOTs. There is only one per department: it is included in the first Pack you activate in that department, at no extra charge, and with another Pack in the same department it gains new capabilities. It is being designed today: the characters are prototypes and the names are provisional.
How does usage work?
AI model usage and document processing are paid separately, with prepaid credits kept apart from licences. You always see what you used, get an alert before credits run out, and nothing tops up without your authorisation. There is no unlimited usage. Bundle sizes and prices are being defined.
