AI consulting and solutions
Too many hours on repetitive tasks? Let's start with the analysis.
Orders retyped by hand, emails piling up, documents to check one by one. We analyse your processes, find where AI gives you time back and put it to work in the systems you already use.
What we do
Where you lose time, we put AI to work.
Every service starts from a concrete problem. Pick the one that sounds most like yours: its page shows how we solve it.
TEKO-AI
The team asks. TEKO-AI answers.
The AI assistant built around your company. Available today, with a guided trial on an example close to your sector.
- Knows your company: documents, customers, price lists and rules, with sources cited.
- Works where you already work: email and WhatsApp, connected to mail, files, calendar, CRM and ERP.
- Asks before acting: each person sees only what their role allows.
Rossi, the customer, has asked about the status of their order. Where are we?
The order is ready and goes out tomorrow with the courier. Shall I send the confirmation to the customer?
Sources: ERP, order and shipping calendar
Yes, send it.
Done. I've sent the confirmation and logged it in the CRM.
How we work
First we understand. Then we build.
Four phases, each with an agreed objective. You always know what you get and when. Click a phase for details.
- 01
Analysis
We map the process, measure the timings and choose the point with the most impact. Typically 2 to 3 weeks.
What you get - 02
Design
We design the solution, the integrations and who approves what. You receive a written proposal with phases and costs.
What you get - 03
Roll-out
We put the solution to work in your systems, starting with a pilot project. Typically 1 to 2 months.
How it runs - 04
Improvement
We measure the agreed indicators and improve the solution over time, with ongoing support.
What we measure
Process analysis
We work with the people who run the process every day. We map the steps, measure timings and errors and work out where AI creates value, and where it doesn't.
- Map of the current process
- Opportunities ranked by value and feasibility
- Estimate of the benefits for your case
- Typical duration: 2 to 3 weeks
Solution design
We turn the analysis into a concrete design: what the AI does, which systems it connects to, who approves and how we measure the result.
- Workflow and integrations
- Rules, permissions and approvals
- Agreed success indicators
- Written proposal with phases, costs and acceptance criteria
Pilot roll-out
We start with a limited scope, so you see the solution working on your data before we extend it.
- Configuration and connection to your systems
- Training for the people involved
- Check against the acceptance criteria
- Typical duration: 1 to 2 months, exact in the proposal
Continuous improvement
After roll-out we don't leave you on your own: we measure, correct and improve.
- Monitoring how it runs
- Indicators compared with the starting point
- New rules and extensions when needed
- Ongoing support included in the proposal

FAQ
Common questions. Straight answers.
Where do we start?
With an introductory call or the AI assessment. Then we analyse the process that costs you the most time and tell you where AI creates value, and where it doesn't.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, which we define together before talking figures. After the analysis you receive a written proposal with activities, phases, costs and acceptance criteria.
How long does it take?
The analysis typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and a first pilot project 1 to 2 months. The exact timings are set out in the proposal.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
We tell you. Sometimes the problem is a process that needs reorganising or data nobody keeps up to date: in that case the analysis is yours and you can use it without us.
What happens after roll‑out?
We monitor how it runs, measure the agreed indicators and improve the solution over time. Ongoing support is part of the proposal.
First step
Which process costs you the most time?
Tell us about it in a call. We come prepared, with concrete questions about your process, and tell you frankly whether AI is the right answer.
