Can I buy online?
No. The Customer Portal is a vision for the future: today there is no login and nothing can be bought online. Every activation starts with a call and a written quote, confirmed by an authorised person in your company.
What do available, available as a project and on the roadmap mean?
Available: ready to offer today through an existing service with the same scope, such as the Orders Pack and the Inbox Pack. Available as a project: built as a dedicated project starting from a service already in our catalog; we first check feasibility on your case, then make you a proposal. On the roadmap: not yet developed or validated, so it cannot be bought. A Pack shows the status of its least advanced module, and its composition is always stated.
How does usage work?
AI model usage and document processing are paid separately, with prepaid credits kept apart from licences. You always see what you used, get an alert before credits run out, and nothing tops up without your authorisation. There is no unlimited usage. Bundle sizes and prices are being defined.
