AI Process Packs
Common processes. Tailored to your company.
Orders, invoices, documents, quotations: processes almost every company has. Instead of starting from scratch, we start from a flow that is already designed and configure it to your rules.
How it is built
One common base. One module per process.
Three layers, and the advantage of not starting from scratch every time: faster roll-out, a clear scope, improvements that reach everyone.
- Common base, SAITEKO Core: document reading, rules, approvals, activity log and integrations. It is the same for every pack.
- Module, the Process Pack: the process logic, with fields, checks, exceptions and typical steps already designed.
- Configuration, your company: your rules, your approval thresholds, your systems and your language.
- Faster roll-out: you start from a process that is already designed.
- Clear scope: inputs, outputs, checks and indicators defined upfront.
- Improves over time: every improvement to the module can reach everyone.
- Adds up: several packs on the same base, with a single log and the same rules.

FAQ
Common questions. Straight answers.
Can I buy a Process Pack today?
Not yet as a standard product: today we build the same flows on a project basis, with the architecture that will become the pack.
What is SAITEKO Core and when will it be available?
It is the central platform the modules run on: document reading, rules, approvals, log and integrations. It is in development and we are not giving dates.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We work with the email, CRM, ERP and archives you already use; if a connection is missing, we build it.
How long does it take?
Analysis typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and a first pilot project 1 to 2 months. Exact timings are set out in the proposal.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, which we define together before talking figures. After the analysis you receive a written proposal with activities, phases, costs and acceptance criteria.
