AI agents

AI agents that work. Under your control.

Not a chatbot but a working tool: an agent reads, prepares, checks and updates your systems within defined permissions. At the important steps, a person always decides.

How it works

Reads, proposes, acts. With a person at the key steps.

Ten roles

Ten possible agents. Built around your process.

Examples of roles we configure on a project basis. Click an agent to see what it does. And if your case isn't here, we can design it.

The rules

What an agent won't do. We tell you upfront.

  • It doesn't decide alone: irreversible, financial or external-facing operations are always confirmed by a person.
  • It stays within its permissions: it sees and changes only what its role allows. Every access is logged.
  • It doesn't pretend to be a person: with customers and suppliers it introduces itself as an assistant and knows when to hand over.
  • It doesn't invent sources: when it answers from a document, it says which one. If information is missing, it says so.
  • It can make mistakes: that is why we design checks, confidence thresholds and spot checks.
  • It doesn't replace your systems: it works with your existing CRM, ERP and archives rather than replacing them.

FAQ

Common questions. Straight answers.

How is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers prepared questions. TEKO-AI knows your documents and systems, cites its sources, carries out tasks and hands over to a person when needed.

What if TEKO‑AI gets it wrong?

It can happen. That is why it cites its sources, flags missing information and asks a person to confirm before important operations.

Who can see what?

Each person sees only what their role allows. Restricted folders stay closed to anyone not authorised.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We work with the email, CRM, ERP and archives you already use; if a connection is missing, we build it.

How long does it take?

Analysis typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and a first pilot project 1 to 2 months. Exact timings are set out in the proposal.

Which task would you hand off? Let's start there.
