Where do we start?
With an introductory call or the AI assessment. Then we analyse the process that costs you the most time and tell you where AI creates value, and where it doesn't.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, which we define together before talking figures. After the analysis you receive a written proposal with activities, phases, costs and acceptance criteria.
How long does it take?
The analysis typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and a first pilot project 1 to 2 months. The exact timings are set out in the proposal.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
We tell you. Sometimes the problem is a process that needs reorganising or data nobody keeps up to date: in that case the analysis is yours and you can use it without us.
Do we need an in‑house IT department?
No. We handle design, integrations and roll-out; we need a point of contact who knows the process.
Do you work with companies of every size and sector?
Yes. The method is the same for everyone: we start from the real process, not from the company's sector or size.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We work with the email, CRM, ERP and archives you already use; if a connection is missing, we build it.
What happens after roll‑out?
We monitor how it runs, measure the agreed indicators and improve the solution over time. Ongoing support is part of the proposal.
What language do you work in?
In Italian and English, both in calls and in the solutions.
What is SAITEKO's AI consulting?
A structured process to understand where AI is useful in your company, what it takes to introduce it and what value to expect, before you invest.
What do I get at the end of the analysis?
A map of the process, the opportunities ranked by value and feasibility, an estimate of the benefits and a proposed plan with phases and costs.
Can we start from AI tools we already use?
Yes. We assess what works, what doesn't and how to connect it to your processes.
Do you provide training?
Yes: programmes for management and hands-on workshops for teams, built around your processes and the tools you will actually use.
What is TEKO‑AI, in practice?
The AI assistant built around your company: it knows your documents, customers and rules, connects to mail, files, calendar, CRM and ERP, and carries out the operations you authorise.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The team uses it from the usual channels, such as email or WhatsApp; we set up the connections.
Which channels does TEKO‑AI work on?
Email, WhatsApp Business, chat on the website or in the customer area, and collaboration tools. Channel set-up is project-based.
How is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers prepared questions. TEKO-AI knows your documents and systems, cites its sources, carries out tasks and hands over to a person when needed.
Does it work with the programs we already use?
Yes: mail, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, ERP and archives. If a connection does not exist, we build it.
Can we give it any name we like?
Yes. TEKO-AI can introduce itself to the team and to customers with the name your company chooses.
Does it understand voice messages and photos?
It is planned: support for voice messages and photos is coming. Today TEKO-AI works with text, emails and documents.
What if TEKO‑AI gets it wrong?
It can happen. That is why it cites its sources, flags missing information and asks a person to confirm before important operations.
Who can see what?
Each person sees only what their role allows. Confidential folders stay closed to anyone not authorised.
What if one day we no longer need it?
It gets switched off. Data and memory remain yours and can be exported.
Can I try TEKO‑AI first?
Yes: we organise a guided trial with an example close to your sector. You can request it by booking a call.
How much does TEKO‑AI cost?
It depends on users, channels and integrations. After a call we propose a configuration with a clear cost.
Where does the data go?
To the cloud on European servers, a hybrid set-up or your own servers: we decide together based on the data and the constraints.
Is our data used to train the models?
No, never.
Can we keep everything on our own servers?
Yes: we design on-premise solutions, with models running in your infrastructure.
Does it work offline too?
It depends on the deployment: a local model can work without internet, but some integrations need a connection. We check case by case.
How do you handle GDPR and UK GDPR?
We design our solutions to comply with GDPR and UK GDPR, with a data processing agreement and logged access.
Can I buy a Process Pack today?
Not yet as a standard product: today we build the same flows project-based, with the architecture that will become the pack.
What is SAITEKO Core and when will it be available?
It is the central platform the modules run on: document reading, rules, approvals, activity log and integrations. It is in development and we are not giving dates.
Is the AI assessment free? Where do the answers go?
Yes, it is free. The recommendations are calculated in your browser; your answers reach us only if you choose to send them.
Are the calculator figures a promise?
No. They are a hypothesis based on your values, to be checked against the real process, and they do not include project costs.

Still have a question? Let's talk.
In a call we answer your questions about your process, not in general terms.
